Conceptart : Warhammer 40K "Yamnin Lord Commissars"

As the sole Lord Commissar of the isolated planet Yamnin, enveloped by the warp and severed from the Imperium of Man for nearly ten millennia, I also serve as the only Marshal within Yamnin City. I uphold the ancient truths of the Imperium, preserved for thousands of years by successive Yamnin Lord Commissars, who govern as hereditary planetary governors (given the warp storms, the governor is practically the lord of Yamnin).

In a hidden tower at the heart of Yamnin City, we guard a dark secret: a special access point to the Webway that leads directly to the Golden Throne on Holy Terra. This task was covertly entrusted by the Emperor of Mankind to Chogoris Engle—Primarch Jaghatai Khan—millennia ago. Following the death of Horus, Jaghatai Khan and his companions vanished into the Webway, tasked with secretly safeguarding Yamnin's entrance.

As the sole Marshal of Yamnin City, I am also the Supreme Commander of the Yamnin Astra Militarum Imperial Guard, akin to the mighty walls of the Imperial Palace on Terra. With an indomitable will, my forces excel in defensive tactics, embodying the extreme expertise in fortification. Clad in exquisitely crafted armor combining gold plating and ceramic-steel shell, designed under Yamnin technology and culture, I wield the legendary Ius Mk IV Shredder Autopistol—an heirloom passed down through generations.

At my waist hangs a Sorna, a Yamnin symbol used to uplift morale, while I bear a war banner modified by Yamnin Tech-Priests. At the tip of this banner is a powerful force field generator, which creates a shield around the standard. Even when minimized to personal scale, it retains formidable protective strength. Attached to the banner pole is a relic blade, said to be left by the Keshig Guard of Jaghatai Khan, transforming the standard into a weapon of offense and defense, symbolizing the spirit of the Yamnin Astra Militarum Imperial Guard.

During times of war, I stand atop the walls of Yamnin, inspiring and commanding the guard. By employing genius defensive tactics, the Yamnin Astra Militarum Imperial Guard becomes a defensive force rivaling the Imperial Fists in the Warhammer 40K universe, much like the Solar Auxilia in the 30K era.
